Ultrasounds
3D & 4D Ultrasounds serve the important purpose of providing expectant parents with a delightful glimpse of their developing baby, fostering bonding and excitement before birth. These advanced imaging techniques use sound waves to create detailed images of the fetus in real time, allowing parents to enjoy the experience of seeing their baby.
Our Ultrasound services are designed to be fully inclusive, meaning each session is tailored to meet the unique wants and needs of our clients. We believe in providing a personalized experience without additional charges for measurements or gender determination. Every ultrasound is crafted to ensure that our clients receive exactly what they desire within their allotted timeframe, making each visit a special and memorable occasion.
It's important to note that our services are intended for entertainment purposes only. We do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions; instead, we focus on providing a memorable experience for families as they view their little ones. During the ultrasound procedure, a small handheld device called a transducer emits high-frequency sound waves that bounce off the baby and surrounding tissues, creating images displayed on a monitor. This non-invasive method is safe for both the mother and the baby, as it does not involve radiation and is widely considered one of the safest imaging techniques in prenatal care. Expectant mothers can feel at ease knowing that ultrasounds have been extensively studied and are routinely used to monitor the health of both mom and baby throughout pregnancy, but our focus remains on the joy of seeing the baby.

Payments
We operate as a cashless business and accept all forms of payment via debit and credit cards. Please ensure that all payments are completed before your appointment. Any additional services or products you wish to purchase during your visit can also be conveniently paid for with a credit or debit card on site.
tipping
We prioritize transparency in our pricing and do not promote or request tipping at the end of any of our services. Our goal is to ensure that our clients feel completely comfortable with their payments. We put considerable thought into our pricing structure, allowing you to enjoy our services without the pressure of tipping.
discounts
We are proud to offer a 15% discount to those who serve our community and country, including military personnel, medical emergency services, police department, fire department employees, teachers, and education employees. Simply present a valid ID to enjoy this appreciation for your dedication and service!
referrals
If you refer friends or family to book a service with us, please have them mention your first and last name along with your phone number during the booking process so that we can apply a 20% discount to your next service as a token of appreciation for your support & loyalty!
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. To reschedule, call or text 702-826-7206, as online rescheduling is not available at this time.
cancellations
Please note that all services require a 72-hour notice for cancellations. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Cancellations must be made by calling or texting 702-826-7206; online cancellations are not accepted. We respect your privacy and will not inquire about the reason for your cancellation. If you cancel within the 72-hour window before your appointment, a $50 inconvenience fee will apply, which is non-negotiable. To avoid this fee, please reach out to us before the 72-hour notification period.
no-show's
No-shows are non-refundable and this policy is non-negotiable. If you cannot make your appointment, we strongly encourage you to call or text us beforehand. To avoid any inconvenience fees, please adhere to the 72-hour notification period.
service refunds
We reserve the right to issue refunds only in extraordinary circumstances.
product refunds
We do not offer refunds on products purchased through us. While we can provide replacements, refunds are not available. Please ensure that the original product is returned before we issue a replacement.
arrival information
When arriving for your appointment, please aim to arrive no more than 10 minutes early and no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time, as we are unable to extend your appointment beyond what was originally booked. We kindly ask for your punctuality to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.
doorbell policy
We have a doorbell for our clients to notify our staff of your arrival when no one is at the front. Please ring the doorbell only once to signal that you are in the building, but refrain from entering any closed-door rooms, as services may be in progress. We prioritize our clients' privacy and aim to ensure their experience remains uninterrupted.
tiny humans
We are a family business and adore all children, however we kindly ask that if you have children with you, please keep your voices at a soft indoor level to avoid disrupting or disturbing others in the building. Additionally, we request that children do not run around the space or stand on any furniture. For everyone's safety and comfort, all children under 16 must be supervised at all times while inside the building.
social media
We utilize social media as our primary marketing tool, allowing us to connect and engage with our clients across multiple platforms. We believe in showcasing the wonderful experiences we have with our clients through photos and videos, highlighting the moments we capture together. To do this, we kindly ask our clients to sign waivers granting us the rights to use these images for promotional purposes.
However, we respect our clients' privacy and provide the option to decline the release of those rights. We understand the importance of confidentiality, and any images shared on our social media will focus solely on the artistry of the services we provide rather than exposing personal details about individuals.
Clients are welcome to share and tag us in their own posts, but that choice remains entirely theirs. Our commitment is to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience while maintaining the privacy of everyone we work with.
